In short (non-binding summary). Realygn is a self-knowledge and well-being app — not therapy, not medical advice, not fortune-telling. Your profile and everything generated from it are for reflection, not prediction. You need to be at least [16] to use it. Subscriptions renew automatically through the App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled there at any time. Your words stay yours; the app and its generated content belong to Realygn. Be honest with the data you enter, respect other people's data in the Match feature, and don't misuse the service.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and:

They govern your access to and use of the Realygn mobile application (iOS and Android), the website realygn.app, and all related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of your relationship with us.

2. What Realygn is — and what it is not

Realygn generates an "energetic profile" from your birth data, drawing on astrology, numerology, and Human Design, and builds personalized experiences on top of it: detailed analyses, an AI mirror Chat, Energy Matches, and Alignment Plans.

What the Service is NOT:

• Not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Realygn is a well-being and introspection tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Realygn. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately (in the U.S., call or text 988; in France, call 3114).

• Not prediction or fortune-telling. Realygn does not predict the future, does not assign you a fixed destiny, and does not issue compatibility verdicts about relationships. All content is a reading grid for self-reflection.

• Not a scientific or factual claim. Astrology, numerology, and Human Design are symbolic and interpretive frameworks. Realygn presents them as tools for introspection, without claiming scientific validity. You remain the sole judge of what resonates and the sole author of your decisions.

• Not a substitute for your own judgment. You are responsible for the decisions you make in your life, including any decision inspired by content from the Service.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least [16] years old to use the Service [THRESHOLD TO ALIGN WITH PRIVACY POLICY]. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

• You agree to provide accurate information, including your birth data — the quality of your profile depends entirely on it. Realygn is not responsible for content generated from inaccurate data you provide.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@realygn.app of any unauthorized use.

• One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4. Free tier, subscription, and trial

4.1 What's free and what's paid

The free tier gives you a complete, usable reading of your profile: the introduction and revelations, the surface of your 24 facets, the essentials of the three analyses, and a limited number of AI chats. The paid subscription unlocks depth and continuity: the full deep-dives, the complete detailed analyses, unlimited Chat, rituals, weekly checkpoints, and Alignment Plans. The exact scope of each tier is described in the app and may evolve (see Section 12).

4.2 Subscription, trial, and renewal

• Subscriptions are offered with a 7-day free trial (one trial per person). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, your subscription starts automatically and the price displayed in the app is charged.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price shown in the app, until cancelled.

• All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms. Realygn never collects your payment card details.

4.3 Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.

• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Where you have mandatory statutory refund rights (for example under EU consumer law), those rights are unaffected.

• EU/UK consumers — right of withdrawal: by starting the trial or subscription, you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that, once performance has begun with your express consent, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for the content already delivered, to the extent permitted by law.

4.4 Price changes

We may change subscription prices. Any change will be announced in advance in the app or by email and will apply only to subsequent renewal periods. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate your profile, analyses, Chat responses, Matches, and Plans.

• AI-generated content is produced from the data computed by our servers and your inputs. Despite our safeguards, it may occasionally be imperfect, incomplete, or fail to resonate with you. It is provided for reflection, "as is."

• The Chat is designed as a mirror, not an authority. It is instructed to never diagnose, never predict, and to point you toward human support if it detects distress — but it is a software system, not a person, and it can make mistakes.

• You must not rely on AI-generated content as a factual, professional, or emergency resource.

• Anti-dependence commitment: the Service is designed to support your autonomy, not to create a need for the tool. We do not use manipulative engagement mechanics, and if you leave, we respect it.

6. The Energy Match and other people's data

When you use the Energy Match, you may enter another person's birth data. You represent and warrant that:

• you have informed that person and obtained their permission to enter their data into Realygn;

• you will use the Match only to reflect on your relational dynamic, never to judge, evaluate, harass, or harm that person, and never in contexts where such an assessment could affect their rights or opportunities (hiring, housing, credit, insurance, or similar decisions — such use is strictly prohibited);

• you will promptly delete a Match if the person asks you to.

The Match describes a dynamic between two profiles. It never produces a verdict on a person. You remain solely responsible for how you use it and for the accuracy of the data you enter about others.

7. Your content and your license to us

• You own what you write (chat messages, plan inputs, visions, feedback).

• You grant Realygn Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to generate responses, plans, and matches), consistent with our Privacy Policy. This license ends when your content is deleted.

• We do not use your content to train AI models, and we never publish it. Content is shared outside the app only when you use the sharing features, and only the excerpts you choose.

• You are responsible for what you write. Do not submit content that is unlawful or that infringes others' rights.

8. Realygn's intellectual property

The Service — including the app, the website, the Realygn brand, logos, design, texts, the structure of the energetic profile (cards, facets, axes), prompts, software, and all generated content — is owned by Realygn Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and your generated content for your personal, non-commercial use. Sharing your own profile excerpts through the app's sharing features is of course permitted and encouraged.

You may not: copy, scrape, or resell the Service or its content; reverse-engineer the app; extract the underlying prompts, data models, or knowledge bases; use the Service to build a competing product; or use automated means to access the Service.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

• enter another person's data without their permission, or impersonate anyone;

• attempt to bypass the paywall, quotas, safety features, or technical limitations;

• probe, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure, or introduce malicious code;

• use the Service to generate or spread content that is hateful, harassing, or harmful;

• use the Service or its outputs to make decisions about other people with legal or similarly significant effects (employment, housing, credit, insurance, and the like).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section (see Section 13).

10. Third-party services

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and relies on third-party providers (hosting, AI models, analytics). Their terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Apple-specific terms (iOS users): these Terms are between you and Realygn Inc. only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In case of failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app (product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, IP claims). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. REALYGN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME IN YOUR LIFE, RELATIONSHIPS, OR WELL-BEING.

Some jurisdictions (including for consumers in the EU and UK) do not allow certain warranty exclusions; in those jurisdictions, you keep all rights that cannot be waived, and nothing in these Terms limits them.

12. Changes to the Service

We continuously improve Realygn. We may add, modify, or remove features, adjust the free/paid boundary for future periods, or discontinue the Service. For material changes that reduce what your current paid period includes, we will inform you in advance and, where required by law, offer you a pro-rated remedy or the ability to cancel.

13. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

• By you: you may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete my account. Deletion is permanent; data is erased per our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription — cancel it in your App Store / Google Play settings.

• By us: we may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where practicable, if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the Service. Where the suspension results from your breach, no refund is due for the current period, except where the law requires otherwise.

• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) survive.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• REALYGN INC., ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE;

• REALYGN IS NOT LIABLE FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON CONTENT FROM THE SERVICE, NOR FOR CONTENT GENERATED FROM INACCURATE DATA YOU PROVIDED, NOR FOR YOUR USE OF THE MATCH FEATURE IN BREACH OF SECTION 6;

• OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD 50).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury, or the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Realygn Inc. against claims by third parties arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your entry of another person's data without permission, or (c) your unlawful use of the Service. This section does not apply to consumers where prohibited by local law.

16. Governing law and disputes

16.1 For users in the United States

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@realygn.app and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration agreement. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Kings County, New York, or remotely, at your option. You and Realygn each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@realygn.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court instead.

16.2 For users outside the United States

If you use the Service as a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. Nothing in Section 16.1 (including arbitration and the class action waiver) applies to you where it would be unenforceable under your local law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

17. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Realygn Inc. regarding the Service.

• Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email at least [15/30] days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

• Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.

• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to you.

• Language. These Terms may be provided in several languages; in case of conflict, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law [FOR FRENCH CONSUMERS, THE FRENCH VERSION SHOULD PREVAIL — TO CONFIRM WITH TRANSLATED VERSION].
