Quick answers
My profile doesn't feel accurate
Your profile is computed entirely from your birth data. A wrong birth time — even by a few minutes — can change parts of your reading. Check it in Settings → My birth data and correct it if needed; your profile will be recalculated. If it still feels off, tell us at support@realygn.app.
I don't know my exact birth time
Your birth time usually appears on your full birth certificate (in France: your acte de naissance, available free from your birth city's town hall). If it truly can't be found, you can still use Realygn — some elements of the profile will simply be read with less precision.
Managing my subscription (cancel, renew, trial)
Your subscription is handled by Apple or Google, not by us:
iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Realygn
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Realygn
You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the current period. To avoid being charged after the 7-day free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds
Payments go through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds do too:
Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
Google: Google Play → Order history → Request a refund
If you're stuck, write to us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Restoring my purchase on a new device
Sign in with the same account, then go to Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you're using the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase.
Deleting my account and data
You can delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. This permanently erases your account and personal data, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can also email us the request at support@realygn.app.
Someone entered my birth data in a Match
If a Realygn user entered your birth data and you'd like it removed, email support@realygn.app and we'll delete it.
Exercising my privacy rights
To access, correct, export, or delete your data, use the in-app settings or email support@realygn.app. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Reporting a bug
Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — with your device model and OS version. Every report makes Realygn better, and we're grateful for them.

Realygn is a self-knowledge and well-being tool. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care, and it never predicts your future. If you're going through a difficult time, please reach out to a professional or someone you trust. In the U.S., call or text 988. In France, call 3114 (or 112 for emergencies).
